1. Use of the App

MetalCalc is a tool intended for estimation purposes. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app.

2. Calculation Disclaimer

You agree that you will not use these calculations for structural engineering, high-stakes commercial bidding, or any application where a mathematical error could result in financial loss or physical injury. Use at your own risk.

3. Payments and Billing

MetalCalc offers features that require payment. All financial transactions are handled via Google Play Billing. We are not responsible for payment failures or refund disputes, which must be handled directly through the Google Play Store.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services (AdMob, Google Analytics) that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using MetalCalc, you also agree to be bound by the Google Play Services Terms of Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of MetalCalc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
